Pipe Rehabilitation

Following condition reporting we have a range of rehabilitation options which may be suitable to rectify critical defects and extend the life of the asset. We own and operate state of the art CiPP UV lining rigs which are capable of curing structural GRP pipe liners for multiple applications including sewers, culverts, rising mains & gas pipework. This full-length UV lining method is the most efficient and high-quality method of trenchless sewer rehabilitation but we also carry out the more traditional methods of hot and ambient full-length lining should these be more suitable solutions.

Sometimes a full-length liner is not the most efficient method of rehabilitation, for localised defects we can install a structural patch repair to the damaged area which can be a more cost effective way of remediation in certain cases.

We are approved installers of Primus Line, an innovative solution using flexible self-supporting Kevlar reinforced liner providing trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipes.

Our pipe rehabilitation options are assisted by our in-house support services which provide sewer cleaning, robotic cutting and CCTV, these elements are crucial to ensure the pipework is suitably prepared for rehabilitation. This can entail jetting to clean the pipework, removal of silt/debris, cutting of intruding laterals, root cutting and post rehabilitation lateral reopening. Our modern fleet of recyclers provide high output cleaning with the benefit of reusing water for jetting, this means we can stay on site without demobilising to refill which would be associated with standard jetvac equipment. Our cleaning support also comes complete with overpumping capability which negates additional equipment to control flows during rehabilitation.
